Terms for Using HVACPreCheck

  • This site provides informational homeowner pre-check reports, worksheets, and contractor question prompts.
  • Pricing, service scope, turnaround windows, and availability may change, but the service boundary is always shown before follow-up work is performed.
  • Nothing on this site creates engineering, legal, tax, or contractor-client representation.
  • Users remain responsible for confirming project requirements with licensed professionals and local authorities.
  • After payment confirmation, the $19 Permit Decision Brief is an automated browser report based on entered homeowner details and curated public-source routing notes. For $49, the browser artifact is a preliminary intake summary; the contractor proposal is uploaded before payment, linked to the completed order after payment confirmation, and then used for the final Full Quote Review.
  • The final $49 Full Quote Review is manually reviewed by Bryan Shubert. After manual completion, it is delivered through a private report link with a limited retention window; a browser-generated intake summary is never converted into the final review without that manual completion step. The final report remains an informational pre-contract documentation review, not engineering, permit approval, installed-work inspection, or licensed sign-off.
  • A completed $19 PayPal purchase may be applied once to a $30 Full Quote Review upgrade, for a combined $49 service price. HVACPreCheck verifies the original PayPal order and current capture status before creating the upgrade checkout. Refunded, reversed, incomplete, or previously redeemed purchases are not eligible for the credit.
