Clear Corrections and Fair Refund Review
HVACPreCheck is an informational pre-check. It is not permit approval, engineering, tax advice, or a formal Manual J/S/D calculation.
- For the $49 Full Quote Review, request cancellation through support@hvacprecheck.com if Bryan has not started the manual review.
- If a $19 Permit Decision Brief was applied to a $30 upgrade, the two payments are treated as one $49 Full Quote Review purchase for cancellation and refund review. A refunded, reversed, or previously redeemed $19 payment cannot be used as a new upgrade credit.
- If a delivered report contains a factual mistake based on the intake you provided, request a correction within 7 days.
- If the service scope materially differs from what was promised, contact support with the report ID and the issue for refund review.
- Refunds are not promised for contractor disagreement, AHJ decisions, rebate denial, comfort outcomes, or results outside the stated informational scope.
- Referral requests depend on provider availability; any separate provider engagement should disclose its own price, scope, and refund terms.
