Correction path
The current policy accepts factual correction requests within 7 days. Identify the factual item and provide supporting context. Support does not provide technical approval, permit determinations, engineering review, or licensed sign-off.
Privacy and document upload
For $49, upload the contractor proposal before payment through the private intake flow. Do not include payment-card data, Social Security numbers, or unrelated personal records. After payment, the document package is linked to the order; no separate proposal email is needed.
Service boundary
The $19 snapshot is automated from entered data and curated jurisdiction notes. Optional AI may organize draft wording for $49 intake summaries, but Bryan is responsible for the final customer-facing Full Quote Review. HVACPreCheck does not provide engineering design, permit determinations, or licensed technical approval.
