How HVACPreCheck Handles Information

HVACPreCheck asks for the project details needed to prepare a homeowner pre-check: contact information, ZIP/city/state, project type, quote context, permit and rebate concerns, and document names you choose to reference.

Browser-generated reports may be stored in your browser storage so you can return to them on the same device. For a $49 Full Quote Review, you upload quote documents before payment through a private upload flow. Files are sent over HTTPS to a private storage binding, are not published through public document links, and are accessible only to Bryan and service providers needed for storage, payment confirmation, and delivery.

If you arrive through an advertisement or tagged link, advertising campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be stored in your browser for up to 90 days and shared with analytics or advertising providers to attribute visits, leads, checkout starts, and completed purchases. Campaign URLs do not include your name, email address, phone number, or quote contents.

For advertising quality assurance, we may also record limited, aggregate landing behavior such as whether an ad landing received a pointer, keyboard, or touch interaction, a broad scroll-depth range, and a short time range. If a browser explicitly identifies itself as Google automation, we may record that declared category without storing the raw user agent or IP address. These measurements are for reporting only and are never used to change the content, price, eligibility, or checkout path shown to a visitor.

After the manual $49 review is complete, the final report is delivered through a private, no-cache link rather than a public document URL. The link is not stored as part of the browser intake summary and expires after the stated report-retention window. Unpaid staged uploads are configured to expire automatically. Paid working files and final-delivery records are retained only for review and delivery, with a deletion target no later than 30 days after payment confirmation unless retention is required for payment, fraud, dispute, accounting, or legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion at support@hvacprecheck.com. Operational providers may be used for hosting, analytics, payment, email, storage, and service administration.
